Aside from obtaining my Brokerโs license, my designations include: Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), National Association of Realtors GREEN designation, Masters Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Real Estate Collaborative Specialist - Divorce (RCS-D), Short Sale Foreclosure Representative (SFR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Iโm also a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors Education Committee. In my personal life, I am blessed to have a wonderful husband, two amazing daughters, and a precious fur baby (a chiguagua) Sofia.
