So this morning, I woke up after having a work related nightmare. I was assigned a VA liquidation assignment that was tenant occupied by about 10 people and multiple pets. A hoarder house 🏚️ that was falling down. I got there before the ☀️ sun came up and waited for the occupants to head out. Some of them left for work and when I got out and started taking pictures. 📸The others invited me in to do my job more accurately.
Then I was having multiple camera malfunctions, also people and pets, stepping into the shot when the camera was functioning. Staircases 🪜that were falling out of the building. Massive, dry-rot and decay. Broken windows, mold and trip hazards everywhere. Nails 🔨coming up through the flooring.! All of the occupants were being kind, but they just kept getting in the way of my concentration and my photographs. One young female kept trying to give me items 🚮 because she wasn’t going to be able to take them with her when she had to move. Lol.
Because I was unsuccessful, measuring with a tape measure 📐and laser tools, I tried to use this app on my 📱phone, and then the credit card attached to the app for payment had expired. So I had to go back out to the truck to get my wallet 💳 so that I could measure update the app and the house. 🏠
Then just when I was beginning to make progress …. because I had been there way too long already, it started raining on me! ☔️💧.
On my paperwork 📝 and file was getting wet. I was slipping around in the trash, not able to get my footing.  I screamed in frustration and started to cry, then I woke up. It is raining today and I have an appraisal at 10:30. 😩
