Jenniferism #1: Maybe I don’t want to heal my inner child. 😂

That kid and her hyper-awareness have been reading rooms for 55 years—and in real estate, reading the room is half the job.

I can sense when a buyer has fallen in love with a home but is afraid to say it. I hear the hesitation behind a seller’s words. I notice when the energy shifts during a negotiation, when an agent may be bluffing and when my client needs me to slow down, ask another question or push a little harder.

Contracts matter. Market knowledge matters. Experience matters. But instincts matter too.
