In 2008, when the housing market crashed and millions of homeowners lost their homes, I wanted to understand what was happening so I could help my clients make smart decisions and have legal remedies.

I found that most attorneys did not know the proper way to obtain a modification and often clients would pay attorneys money with no results. In my experience, most attorneys didn't know what an NPV report was and if your trying to obtain a loan modification, you need an npv report.
