This is your sign that you can have a home you love even if you’re on a budget.

You can decide to make a beautiful home for yourself, no matter what it takes.

For starters, lenders are getting more and more creative all the time for their clients. Between the different types of loans they offer to their knowledge of grants you may qualify for, they have their way of working their magic to find you the most affordable mortgage option.

Of course, they aren't magicians, but they are determined to work their magic in your favor. I often have buyers reach out to me, convinced they won't be able to afford anything, but after talking to their lender, feel hopeful and have a plan!

But even if moving really is not in the cards right now, even if it's just not possible, you can still have a home you love.

The key is taking the time to appreciate the beautiful things and thinking outside the box.

Your April Checklist has entered the chat 📲

The sun is shining (when it's not raining), the grass is turning green (when it's not covered in mud), and the warmer temps are here (except when they're not).

It's all about perspective, right?

Remember that this month when you actively care for your home! Sure, it's work and sometimes it takes more time or costs more money than you wish it would.

BUT you are a HOMEOWNER. You've achieved something many people grow up hoping to achieve! Celebrate that this month!

THE BEST DAY TO BUY A HOUSE IN 2024 ⬇️

Spoiler alert: There isn't one.

You’ve probably seen a post at one point or another saying “the best week to buy a house is ____” and you’re like, "great, that’s right now! Too late!"

But the truth is, every single buyer is different!

Think about it...let's pretend there's a day where inflation and mortgage rates and home prices all align just perfectly to give you the *best* possible deal on a house.

EVEN IF that happens, what are the chances the kind of home every single buyer is looking for is magically on the market!?

No chance!

Choosing *when* to buy a house is so much more complex than looking at a few numbers the Feds announce.

You have to look at your LIFE. What's going on? Can you handle a move right now? Can you afford the house you really want, or is it best to keep saving? Are you trying to pay off debt to improve your credit score? Do your parents have health issues that you're busy helping them navigate?

Friend, there is NO perfect day to buy a house. There's only a perfect-day-for-YOU!

Stop letting clickbait headlines make you feel like you're behind or missing out.

If there's one thing I've learned, it's when it really is the right time for you to buy a house, the right house will be there waiting for you.
