I always get asked "WHY" I like Folsom and here are a few things I found out about it that makes it so great:

Folsom Market info!! So last 3 months shows 80% of homes sold within 60 days and at close to list list! So the longer a home sits on the market the more the price has to be discounted to be sold! SO Seller's it's important to price your home properly to get it sold quickly, even in this market!
