First up — repeat customers are the BEST customers!! This sweet family sold their home last night after purchasing their new one just a few weeks ago! Huge shoutout to Ashley Sisko from Adashun Jones Real Estate for helping make it all happen! And can we talk about their little dudes?! Absolutely adorable and SO much fun to hang out with during closing! 😄

Then this morning, we signed with the buyer of that very same home! Congratulations to the new homeowner! Chris and Christine Hartwig from Klapperich Real Estate represented the buyer, and Shawna Mertens from Guild Mortgage helped get financing across the finish line! 👏
