Another exciting moment today!!
I am so proud of these ladies.

Today, I had the privilege of celebrating three incredible generations of women who are about to begin a beautiful new chapter under one roof.

It's always rewarding to help clients find the right home, but it's even more unique when that home is bringing three generations together. I wish them many happy years making the most of this new chapter.

This is why I love what I do. It's not just about buying a house—it's about helping families find a place where life happens.

Rise and shine and congratulate my buyers!

Some nights are worth losing a little sleep over. After multiple showings and the disappointment of losing out on three homes, I stayed up past my bedtime waiting to hear if this offer would be the one. The late night was 100% worth it because we got the call… their offer was ACCEPTED!

This is the part of real estate that people don't always see. We spend evenings touring homes, strategizing, writing offers, answering late-night questions, and celebrating every victory right alongside our clients.

Buying a home isn't "just another transaction" to me—it's your future, your memories, and your dreams. Sometimes the journey takes a few extra showings and some disappointments before finding the right one, but that's why we don't give up.

Happy 1-Year Home Anniversary Tyler and Claire! It's hard to believe it's already been a year since you got the keys to your first home. Wishing you many more years of wonderful memories there

CONGRATULATIONS Tyler and Claire!! 🎉

Y'all think I am just being sappy when I say, "What's meant to be will be". This home sale is a perfect example of that statement.
Tyler and Claire (actually Claires wonderful mom) came to me and asked if I would help them find their first home shortly after the seller, who I sold this house to 2 years ago, called me and said he wants to move closer to his job outside of Fond du Lac.

This home didn't even get a chance to hit the market.

Everyone involved worked together to make this happen in a timely manner for the buyers AND the sellers.
I am so darn happy for you both. It was an honor to guide you through the process of buying your first home.
Here's to new beginnings and making amazing memories in your new home.

P.S. Claire's brother lives in a house on NORTHGATE and Claire's new home is on SOUTHGATE and they both have a BLUE front door! It could not be more clear that this wonderful home was meant for them to start their next chapter
