Three layers of lighting you need:

1️⃣ Ambient (General) Lighting:
✅ Recessed ceiling lights or flush-mount fixtures
✅ Provides overall illumination
✅ Should light the whole room evenly

2️⃣ Task Lighting:
✅ Under-cabinet lights for countertops
✅ Pendant lights over islands
✅ Lights you use while cooking and prepping

3️⃣ Accent Lighting:
✅ Inside glass cabinets
✅ Above cabinets for ambiance
✅ Adds depth and style

What to avoid:
❌ Single overhead light (creates shadows)
❌ Forgetting dimmer switches
❌ Cool lighting in warm-toned kitchens (looks harsh)

Not every hero carries a blueprint. Some carry a tool belt and make sure everything happens on time.

That's Justin. As our Expediter and Carpenter, Justin is the guy keeping things moving on the ground. He makes sure materials are where they need to be, schedules stay on track, and the work gets done right. When a project is humming along smoothly, there's a good chance Justin has something to do with it.
