Water your seeds every day, even if you feel like nothing is happening. If you give them time, care and consistency they will blossom in to something beautiful.

Ava is learning this lesson with the flowers she planted but I think it’s also relevant when thinking about goals we pursue. Keep showing up and doing the right things every day and the results will come 🌷

This is kind of funny but is actually a major point that I discuss with my clients who want to buy a home.

The market moves fast. On average in San Bernardino County, homes are on the market for 9 days before accepting an offer. If you wait to start the pre-approval process until after you find your dream home, chances are that it’s going to be off the market and in to escrow by the time you are ready to make an offer.

When you find a home you love, time is of the essence. We want to submit your offer quickly and show the Sellers that you are qualified and ready to go because it shows your seriousness and strengthens the offer.
