Our Story
I Terry Sanchez have been in The Real Estate business since 1998 and honestly, I am so proud of myself that I made this decision to join Real Estate. I decided to open my own company and I accomplished my goal in 2001 and by the grace of God, it was a big success for me. In every startup of any business you have to meet challenges and this motivated me to grow stronger and more proactive that made me achieve my goal. Being a single mother of four children was another challenge for me and I was worried about raising them because being a single parent and working women was a daunting task but I made it and I turned my fear into motivation and strength. My children stood with me side by side and helping me throughout this journey. I constructed my own building for my company in 2005. And in 2006, my company was able enough to meet the challenges. 10 years later, that was the time for me to sale when the market was in the highest and interest historical low.
