Have you heard that homes sales are down?

Here are some stats for Foothill Ranch, for Single Family Homes:

Number of Homes for sale: 29
Average time to sell (past 6 mos): 42 days
Average sales price: $807,697

This is a big difference from last year, where we saw homes selling, on average, within 20 days. Homes were selling more money, with the average sales price being $826,363.

It's important to know the numbers, especially if selling/buying is not a necessity right now. Choose an agent that knows your market.
