Just closed escrow yesterday on an investment property for my client. Not only did he get a killer deal, but I was able to find him a renter before we even closed. Now he is ready to buy another before the year is over, so that one day, he can quit his day job and live off of that income.
Doesn't that sound dreamy? Wouldn't an extra stream of income help out? Maybe enough properties to help you retire early?
