We are currently undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation project! The Crossings at One offers newly renovated designer apartment homes with all new kitchens and baths, featuring sleek, and opulent granite countertops, solid wood cabinetry, hardwood flooring, contemporary new appliances, upscale fixtures, full size washer/dryer in unit, and generous walk in closets. Heat, water and cooking gas are included in your monthly rent! We have recently renovated all building hallways and entrance lobbies! Within the community, you can enjoy a swim in our outdoor pool, enjoy a game of tennis or take a leisurely stroll through our beautiful courtyards! We are thrilled to look forward to 2017 when more amenities plan be added, such as an upscale new clubhouse, which will include a spacious fitness center, package concierge area, and resident lounge! Located in the Fords section of Woodbridge, we are recognized as the most conveniently located community in central NJ. Offering easy access to the G.S. Parkway, Routes 1&9, NJ Turnpike, I-287 and Metro Park Train Station, living here will make your commute a breeze!
