Officially Certified in SFR!! 🏠🏠 I don't know why I tend to get my licenses and certifications on "important" days and I don't even realize it. Got my Real Estate License on Cinco De Mayo, got my Property and Casualty Insurance license on my daughters birthday and now just received my Certification in Short Sales and Foreclosures on Russ' birthday! I have been interested in this avenue of RE and didn't realize all the details, documentation, timelines, approvals, expectations, follow through and communication that is required for one of these properties. Then I also learned that a large majority of real estate agents don't even know the procedures and practices that accompany a short sale or foreclosure transaction. Because it is not the same as a standard purchase or sale of property and is more complex. So I am extremely grateful to have been able to complete this and obtain more knowledge to add to my portfolio.

Today was a wonderful day. This sweet adorable couple signed on their very first home! Just watching her smile through the whole signing was truly mesmerizing. Most people are nervous. This has been a journey for them. They have been trying to get into a home for months and just waiting for something to come on market that they love and in the perfect location. They desperately needed a home before their first child comes, a sweet little baby girl. Getting to watch them as a couple, then being one of the first people to know she was pregnant, and now watching them start their family in their new home. Soooo many feelers. 😁 Tomorrow they get the keys and one of my personalized baskets. It definitely was fun making this one with baby stuff. ♥️

CONGRATULATIONS to my amazing clients Gina Crawford, Leann Alexander, and Cris Alexander on the sale of their family restaurant and bar. It has been quite the endeavor but after 7 months we made it to the finish line. After years of love and care that you have brought to this Yamhill community, it is hard to say goodbye, but I know you are on the path to a brighter future. We may have had many showings with multiple interested buyers, but the universe brought us the right amazing family to take over.

Congratulations to my clients and proud new owners, Mark and Wanda, on their purchase and their future involvement with the community. I am so excited to see what they bring to their new establishment and welcoming them to our little town.
