Oh what a year 2025 was! From the absolute best moments of my life, to many hard ones it was truely a year of change and growth. One week into 2025 I found out I was pregnant, I had 5 one month old puppies and we were really hoping for a busy real estate year after a few slower ones… but life has a way of making things how they should be even if you don’t know it. This year gave me the time and clarity to really focus on what is important to me. To let go of things that do not serve me and make room for things that bring me happiness. I am beyond excited for 2026! Being able to watch my daughter grow everyday and help more people in Real Estate ( hopefully interest rates keep improving❤️) while being able to spend time with the people who matter most to me is truely going to make it the best year yet!

There is a lot of misinformation about the real estate industry. Many of the things people believe to be true about both the home buying process and the lending side are rooted in old truths that no longer apply.
