We are deeply saddened by the passing of our Associate Broker, David Karczeski (Snappy), on June 14th.
Dave joined BCV in 2014 and, over the years, built a loyal and trusting customer base. He was known for his intelligence, competence, and ability to get things done. Dave’s presence, professionalism, and friendship will be greatly missed by all of us.

BCV represented the seller in this transaction, demonstrating our continued commitment to facilitating high-impact commercial real estate deals that benefit both our clients and the broader region.

Congratulations to Bel Air Sports Cards! Since first opening in August 2017, they have provided a space where card collectors of all ages can come, talk sports, buy/sell/trade cards and learn more about the hobby. Their novel concept and commitment to the community has grown their business from the original 700 sq ft location in Bel Air to a 2,000 sq ft store on Gateway Drive to their now current 7,500 sq ft location at The Rink. BCV Commercial was proud to partner with them in finding this new location. Come visit and see what all the excitement is about!

BCV's Nick Courtalis and Bill Vanden Eynden work behind the scenes in order to bring the best to our local communities! BCV brokered the sale of 9629 Belair Road in Perry Hall to Conrad's Seafood Restaurant. The property, originally Damon's, was last owned by Sol Oaxaca Cocina Mexicana; a very unique Mexican restaurant concept. BCV, making all the parts work, arranged for Sol Oaxaca to relocate to 16 Bel Air South Parkway, replacing Humagalis! Sol Oaxaca is open for business and your encouraged to enjoy and inbibe. Conrad's will open their new restaurant in early 2024 after renovations.

Conrad's shared the news in a Facebook post, expressing their excitement for more parking at the new spot.
