Our last community in the Ada area was several years ago now when we built The Villas of Ada. We are excited to be back in the Ada / Forest Hills area with new stand alone condominiums.

The excitement is building - we are getting very close to breaking ground at our new community, The Reserve at Knapp Bluff. The Reserve will be located off Knapp St NE, on the edge of Ada near Grand River Drive NE.
