Christine Bandettini was great to work with at Keller Williams - she really understood our home and it’s key features and selling points, she knew exactly were to focus to prepare it for sale and was willing to invest personally to make sure it looked great for each showing. She took time to understand our goals and how we wanted to go about the process and made sure that she amplified those things throughout. She even went above and beyond by tracking down the original builder and getting him to attend a realtors’ open house to describe what went into it and what it would it have cost to build the home today. She was able to generate multiple offers and come up with some creative ideas with home warranties and other efficient solutions in the final negotiations to make sure both we on the buyer were happy. Chris Bandettini was our realtor back in May when we found our new townhome. She was patient with us, taking us for showings anytime we saw anything we thought we might be interested in.
