You all remember the private gymnasium I turned over just before Christmas to a wonderful Chisago family. Well I came in exactly where I said I would.. the customer was shocked and told me he had planned for unforeseen expenses…. Long story short.. phase 2…THE MEZZANINE… has begun. Once complete this area will house the utility storage.. a bathroom… kitchen area… with an 8’x8’ polycarbonate (hockey rink glass) viewing window…upper viewing with code railing and room for whatever they want… the 10’x10’ glass garage door will have a fully retractable key fob screen so they can enjoy the fresh air without the bugs. More pictures to come.

MERRY CHRISTMAS NUEMANN KIDS in Chisago city…. Your parents went over the top this year!! Your new gymnasium is all but complete…ENJOY!! Cannot wait to start phase 2.. which will feature a sport court floor.. mezzanine for viewing.. utility room.. bathroom with a shower.. kitchen.. and a locker area.

Hands down the most involved bath remodel to date…. The previous owner was a ( do it yourself ) kind of guy… ended up re doing most of the plumbing for the 2 upstairs bathrooms when we opened this can of worms… End result is super happy customers!!!
