Side by side like this really does hit different… you don’t realize how much changes over a year until you see it like this. Zoey wrapped up her very first year of middle school (7th grade!) and grew in all the ways — and still somehow came out with straight A’s. So proud of the person she’s becoming. 🥰🎉🎉

Now it’s only right she picks a fancy dinner spot to celebrate — she definitely earned it!

Apparently my job lately has been less about putting signs up… and more about tracking them back down. 🤣

Between all these homes finding their new home, I’m out here trying to collect my “For Sale” signs and replace them with the ones that actually matter now.

One little goose baby wandered too far yesterday, and thanks to a kind neighbor paying attention, it made its way back home.
Watching it hear its parents and head straight toward them like it never missed a beat… it was the sweetest thing.

A little reminder that sometimes home isn’t lost, just waiting to be found again.

Thor out here living his absolute best life… rolling in the grass, soaking up the sun, and reminding me it really is the simple things. No stress, no agenda, just pure joy in being alive 🐾💕

Snuck in some extra CE (continuing education) time in North Branch today learning all about sewer scopes with Pillar To Post—because the things you can’t see can matter just as much as what you can. I never want my clients walking into surprises, so staying sharp on the latest inspection tech is a non-negotiable for me.
