Yesterday I was talking to a friend who said he was concerned that money from outside the area was skewing the local housing market's pricing. Not even an hour later, a different friend told me about an acquaintance who decided to sell his home in Forest. He had three offers from three different parties when a couple from New York offered him $80,000 above his asking price!

I obtained my real estate license in 1993 and was quite a successful Realtor here in the Lynchburg area, working with many builders, buyers, sellers, and investors. In 2004, my family moved to Steamboat Springs, Colorado and in 2013 we moved to Rockville, Utah.
