I know it’s hard to leave your 2.99% interest rate, I’ve been there. We sold our first house- 3.75% for a 6.5% a couple of years ago. We’re still sitting around that for rates today.

Buying a house at a time where both rates and the market is favorable can be challenging. But you will never be able to time it perfectly, experts can’t even do that. You should sell and purchase when the time is right for YOU. (Like I wanted a dog, so I sold our townhouse and bought a house lol)
