📈Some quick market updates for the Lynchburg area📈

-Mortgage rate averages trickling slightly upwards this week
-More listings now than a year ago // Up 6% (good for buyers!)
-Sold vs. List price up vs. a year ago // Up 1.3% (good for sellers!)

Plenty of great opportunities exist on both sides of the table, either as sellers or buyers and still a FANTASTIC time to consider a refinance if you haven't yet.

My bet is that interest rates will be moving up in the future and I'm planning my personal real estate moves around that. I'd love to chat with you about your options too and help you figure out what makes the most sense in your scenario!

👀 New look, same attitude 👀

Some of the new swag is rolling in and looks sharp!

I'm more of a "let the results do the talking" type of guy, so I'm not usually wow'ed by flash or pizzazz. But I do gotta say, I love the way these turned out 😆

Minor (not major!!) Bathroom updates 💦🛁🚽!!!

Fresh paint, re-glazed tub/shower, replace some fixtures and hardware, etc. Small updates without completely renovating your bathroom that freshen and update it have the number one rated average return at resale!

So update them bathrooms y'all with some DIY projects on the weekend!

I recently did minor updates on a bathroom I have. I spent about $500-$600 and did the work myself. See the before and afters below!!!

I can find you a comparable 🏠 to OWN for a LOWER monthly expense than renting.

What's a luxury feature of a home you wouldn't use or need?

For me: a pool. I'd never use it and wouldn't want to maintain it.😅 I'm not much of a tanner or swimmer 😆 They sure do look pretty though.
