It’s a heavy load and not all agents can afford a part time or full time admin to assist them and things get dropped or missed or put off and then forgotten. We have all been there shoveling a way out of a hole because we forgot something or crunching time to get things done. Well, we have an affordable option for just about anyone on any level. No matter how big or small your dream is, we have the skills, time and knowledge to help you with it all! With almost 10 years experience in real estate and working for and with many amazing agents, I offer local support to listing agents and buying agents as your personal transaction coordinator. This will pull work off your plate, ensure things are not missed and allow you more time to focus on the client. Did I mention, your clients will feel even more loved on and connected throughout their transaction! Weekly updates, next steps and keep in mind pieces and a second hand to hold though the transaction, will have your clients happier, which will lead to a happier you. What a week! 🎉🏡🚜 -Real Estate & Farm Life-

Real estate and contract-to-close have been running full speed ahead, and I'm incredibly grateful for every opportunity.

We wrapped up the week by bringing a new listing to the market at 1633 McCrae Street in Bedford, VA. This unique property offers over 21 acres and more than 6,000 square feet of potential. While it does need extensive repairs, it's priced at current appraised value (in current condition) and just under tax-assessed value, creating an incredible opportunity for someone looking to build equity, create their dream home, or explore investment possibilities as a flip or rental.

A huge congratulations also goes out to my buyer on the successful closing of 609 Fitzlee Street in Glasgow! This one took a lot of hard work and teamwork to get to FHA condition and across the finish line on time. Moments like these are a reminder that real estate is truly a team effort, and I couldn't be happier for her.

We also got a new buyer qualified for their FIRST home purchase (so if you have anything in Roanoke 150k and under, let me know!)and cleared a home to sell contingency with God's help and began working through inspections for a beautiful Liberty student and her wonderful family.

On the contract-to-close side, we celebrated the successful closing of two more transactions. Congratulations to the buyers, sellers, and agents who worked so hard to make those next chapters possible! We also added nearly 10 new contracts to the board this week while navigating home inspections, appraisals, contingency removals, and working through inspections with some amazing agents and clients. If you are an agent, and not using a good transaction coordinator, you are missing out!

And somewhere between all of that, we processed chickens, harvested fresh vegetables from the garden, perked our future homesite, lined up support for our driveway installation, and continued building our dream of a farm-to-table lifestyle as we prepare for our new home in Buchanan.

It's been HOT. It's been BUSY. It's been a lot of long days and late nights.

But through it all, God continues to provide, open doors, and remind me how blessed I am to serve my clients while building a life I love.
