The real estate market has changed quite a bit from what we’ve experienced over the past several years.

We’re now seeing a much more balanced market between buyers and sellers, with current conditions slightly favoring buyers. Homes can still sell quickly and for strong prices, but in today’s market, proper pricing, marketing, and negotiation can make a big difference.

🏡 Central Va average time on market: 44 days
🏡 My average time on market: 13 days
💰 My average sale price: 99.95% of the original list price

Mine is probably the New London Steakhouse (you gotta try the barefoot professor), but I’m always looking for somewhere new to try!
