Honoring the Man Behind Blanks Properties, Inc.

This week has been a very difficult week for all of us at Blanks Properties as we mourn the passing of Lit Blanks, the founder of this company and more importantly our friend.

Lit built Blanks Properties from the ground up through hard work, dedication, integrity, and a genuine commitment to the people he served. What he created was more than a business, it was a legacy.

Lit was a friend, a mentor, and someone whose presence made a difference in our lives. There are certain people who leave an impression that time can never erase, and Lit is one of those people. Each one of us will always be grateful for the memories, the conversations, the lessons, and the friendship we shared.

Our deepest thoughts and prayers are with Lit’s family and all of his loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. We hope they find comfort in knowing just how many people were touched by his life and how much he meant to those fortunate enough to know him.

Rest peacefully, our friend. Thank you for everything you built, everything you taught us, and for the friendship you gave us.
