Some houses are perfect on Zillow and complicated in real life.
Photos don’t show the neighbor who revs his truck at 5 a.m.
They don’t show the HVAC that sounds like a jet engine.
And they definitely don’t show how it feels to sit in the driveway and picture your family there.
That’s why I tell people: buying a home is part math, part wisdom, part gut.
Numbers matter.
Inspections matter.
Location matters.
But peace matters too.
Whether you’re in Lynchburg, Forest, Appomattox, Bedford—my job is to help you see the whole picture, not just the pretty squares on the internet.
And if the answer is “not this one,” that’s still a win.
