Connecting Buyer’s with Seller’s

Triplett Realty Services has many years of experience with Buyers and Sellers. We have recently moved to our new location on 320 South Main St, Forest, MS 39074. Our company offers a multitude of properties listed in the surrounding counties. Our family roots run deep in this beautiful town and we appreciate our family, friends, and staff. Our goal is to help where we are needed. Whether it is needing a mortgage lender, attorney, or a property we can help.

We have added new Realtors from Forest, and Morton. Kim Wareing is a Lake native residing in Forest. She has been in the banking business for over 30 years and brings years of experience of working with clients to Triplett Realty Services. Kim has several properties listed in the area as well as Brandon, plus she has sold many of her properties.

Aaron Cooper is our newest Realtor from Morton and works part time in our office. He is a father of 2 beautiful girls and is a very ambitious young man. He has listed several properties and has gotten them SOLD.

Our Top Seller, and Listing Associate Broker is Janet Culpepper. With years of experience in rentals, trailer parks, and flipping houses Janet has a unique approach with all her clients. She is involved with each and everyone she comes in contact with. She is known for connecting buyers and sellers. Janet has lived in Forest for over 58 yrs and knows the people in the community.
