Without further ado here’s finally a peek into our new house ! We wasted no time and already have the tile floors in the kitchen being pulled out and replaced with wood, have paint going on the walls (the white is so lovely but let’s be real I’m simply not a white walls girl) , working on getting the paint off that floor to ceiling brick fireplace, not to mention what’s going on outside.

A few weeks ago I was thinking about how I really need new professional photos (I have this fear of becoming one of those agents who looks nothing like their photos) and so I had my buddies at come over and shoot some for me in my current home. This house has been so wonderful and magical for me and my family and I appreciate it doing a little bit of that for me in these pictures . I joked the first picture looks like my feature in Lynchburg’s Architectural Digest.

Anyways they do a great job especially with someone who doesn’t love all photos of herself - also take pictures in your house ! It’s so much more fun than a blank background . Anyways now hopefully my profile pictures and website will all look like me !
