Congratulations is in order for my BUYERS Danvie & Family who woke up daily and chose patience. This is one of those feel good stories, that started out in November when Danvie reached out and told me his family wanted a bigger home. I introduced him to and they got pre-approved within 48 hours. We put in several offers, which all ended in multiple offer situations, only to be on the losing end of them. Then, in December, we found “the one” or so we thought. Once we got under contract, we had a home inspection done and it was not good. We backed out of that contract and immediately started the home search back up. I encouraged Danvie to trust the process, and watch things work in our favor. After more showings, and I mean more lol Danvie and Irish went to an open house, before they can get out of the home, he informed me that they really found the one. We submitted the offer on Sunday, got ratified on Monday, and closed in 3 weeks thanks to and his team. Matter of fact we closed so quick, I happened to be outta the country and of course my superb bomb realtor cousin and my preferred title company handled everything in my absence. Did i mention my clients walked into the home with some nice equity 💰 as a closing gift? Sometimes favor ain’t fair🙌🏾 they trusted the process, and weren’t willing to settle.
