Congratulations to Jesse Vasquez on the commercial sale of 204 N. Shannon St, Kaufman, TX. This one was a doozy because it was originally a residential property but was rezoned to a commercial property after sitting vacant for quite some time, and the property needed an extensive amount of repairs, but we got it sold! 3 different attorneys, 17 heirs, 3 contracts, but we never gave up!
