Last year I was privileged to help the owners of this home purchase a beautiful new home with some acreage in Post Oak Bend. Often clients sell their home first before they buy a new home. In this case, my clients wanted to buy first and be able to do some improvements to their previous home after they moved out.
It was a beautiful home and the sellers did some great improvements! However, like many nicer homes over the last couple of years of a tougher seller's market, it took some months to sell. But we remained vigilant and we kept the home constantly marketed, had several open houses and with God's help, we finally got it sold. Not quite for the price we wanted as has been the case with many homes sold in the current market, but we got there and I am excited when I now hear my clients talk about how much they love their new home in the country. I'm grateful they allowed me to serve them!
