There’s a reason Jeanna faces all challenges with a smile. She was a flight attendant with Southwest Airlines for 35 years. Smiling was part of the job, and she loved it. Listening to the needs of her passengers and taking care of them was a way of life, but more importantly, serving others is what makes her tick. One day, she realized that as much as she enjoyed it, she couldn’t fly forever. That’s when she began to wonder, “What’s next.”

Residential real estate was a natural fit for Jeanna once her flying days were over. She realized her heart for customer service, her ability to listen, and her negotiation skills were just what buyers and sellers needed. She’s as loyal to her clients as she was to her airline and her fellow flight attendants. She’s meticulous about details, and her recall is legendary. To put it simply, she loves what she does!
