Project Update 🚧

We’re currently in the framing stage, where the foundation of a quality remodel really comes together. Next up are the MEP rough-ins (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), followed by inspections before we can close up the walls.

Every phase matters, and we’re one step closer to bringing this project to life. Stay tuned! 🔨

Portman Ave Update! 🔥

Another major milestone complete. ✅

All MEP rough-ins are finished, and we’re now waiting on inspection. Once we get the green light, it’s time to close up the walls and start bringing this home together. Every stage matters, and we’re one step closer to the final reveal.

Finishing the Grapevine remodel strong. 💪🏡

Material delays can push back any project’s finish line, but that’s part of construction. The key is keeping everyone informed, planning ahead, and having the right crews ready to go.

As soon as the materials arrive, we’re back on site and getting the job done. Communication, preparation, and ex*****on that’s how we keep projects moving forward.
