Finding your dream home may sound like a fun, seamless process, but for most this is not the case! After years of experience in helping buyers find their dream home, these are our TOP TIPS 👉

1️⃣ Know thyself. List the features you most want in a home and identify which are necessities and which are extras.

2️⃣ Identify three to four neighborhoods you’d like to live in based on commute time, schools, recreation, crime, and price.

3️⃣ Gather your financial records and meet with a lender to get a pre-qualification letter spelling out how much you’re eligible to borrow.

4️⃣ Work with a Realtor. Interview agents to determine which have expertise in the neighborhoods and type of homes you’re interested in.
