I’m officially an Associate Broker! 🎉
I took the course over the summer, and it was one of the hardest things I’ve done in a long time. Balancing work, family, and everything else life throws at us… whew. There were moments I genuinely didn’t think I’d get through it.
This experience gave me an even deeper appreciation for all the women out here doing it ALL — working, raising kids, showing up for everyone else, and still finding the time to chase goals. I don’t know how full-time students with families do it. You have my respect on a whole new level. 💪
This win means a lot to me. It’s a reminder that even when life is overwhelming, we’re capable of more than we think.

Matt shared some exciting updates—interest rates have come down 📉—and he explained how buyers with a conventional loan can do a recast, allowing them to apply extra funds (like from the sale of their home or another financial gain) toward their loan balance and lower their monthly payment.
