Ryan Schaefer, Jake Hallauer, , and their team members at NAI Affinity have joined CBRE.

The team has total deal consideration of over $1 billion in Northern Colorado, including key regional catalyst and development projects. The team members have also brokered the sale of thousands of acres of residential and commercial development land, water rights, and investment transactions. They have experience managing the transactions for master-planned communities, multi-family residential, medical, industrial and retail locations for nationally recognized consumer brands, and shaping the landscape of Northern Colorado.
