Last week I had the great opportunity to travel to Fort Collins to attend a two day, total of eight hours, Colorado Real Estate Contract Forms & Disclosures with the well known Doug Dodds.
I heard once that if you want to learn something, you read about it, you study it and you memorize it, but if you want to master something you teach it! That is how I approach my studies when it comes to Real Estate.
I know one day I will be teaching new Realtors, because kind teachers like (in time order) Andrea Alles, Nick Vorrath and My Queen, Erin Brady had spent innumerous hours teaching me. I had many other kind people who helped me with my many questions about everything you can imagine related to my profession like :Ali Burns, Terri Broussard, Monique Parker, Marisol Valenzuela and so many other angels who were patient to teach me.
My next step about this course I just had last week is to study 90 minutes a day, every single word in this large manual, so I can be the best Realtor I can possibly be!
