This maintenance position is available immediately within an established property management company located in Fort Collins.
General knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general handyman work is required. Minimum of 2 years experience required.
Pay depend on experience. This is a contracted employee position.
You must have a cell phone and reliable transportation (preferably a truck) with a valid drives license to service various properties in the Fort Collins/ Loveland area.
You must have your own tools.
