Do you have questions about what is happening with LLPA’s (loan level pricing adjustments)?  This is some great information that helps explain the recent changes. As always, please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions you might have! 

REAL ESTATE AGENTS or CONSUMERS:

Have you or your clients seen the news on the LLPAs? I want to shed some light on what is happening.

-these LLPAs- loan level pricing adjustments have always been around, they just were redone (changes shown below in chart) and they have been priced into the market for months now, not just starting May 1st.

- these are the brackets that go into comprising your rate, including your credit score, down payment, equity, occupancy of the property, etc. Down payments had the biggest changes. This HELPS borrowers with less money to put down.
