I definitely did with my first real estate sale. Here are 3 key lessons that experience taught me:
1. Building trust with your clients is crucial in any transaction, and value relationships over transactions every time.
2. Don’t underestimate the importance of staying organized throughout the process. 3. Always be prepared to think creatively to solve problems that arise. After a few years in real estate, I realize that there’s always something new to learn. Whether it be from a recent transaction, from other agents on your team, or Office, or even a hack, do you learn off TikTok, you never know what knowledge this career will throw you next.
