Vox does a great job of breaking down complex issues into really digestible pieces. This video does especially well at breaking down the frustrations that so many young people hoping to get into a house have come across, and I'm no exception! My take away is that everything going into the housing market (home prices, inventory, mortgage rates) are not a straight line. They are in constant flux from growing to dipping and then back again. Things change, and I am hopeful that positive change like lower interest rates and higher income for low and middle class Americans is in the future. Let's fight for change and, above all, never give up hope!
