Sometimes the best real estate decision isn’t just about getting the highest price. It’s about looking at the bigger picture.

My seller and I spent time weighing the options of selling vs. keeping this property as a rental. After looking at the numbers and his long-term goals, we determined that selling, even with a little flexibility on price, put him in a better position than holding onto the property and renting it.

This Labor Day, I’m especially grateful for work that allows me to do so many of the things I love — serve incredible clients, build lasting relationships, spend time with my family, and still make room for the horses and the life I love outside of real estate.

Buying or selling a home is a big investment, but I’ve always believed the relationship behind it matters just as much. My clients trust me with major decisions, new chapters and often a pretty big piece of their future, and that’s something I never take lightly.
