Thank you for your interest, I am Stephen C Foster, CRS, NINJA, REALTOR® I am a second-generation REALTOR® who combines my love for the real estate industry with my passion for education and service. Over the years, I have worked as a Sales Associate, Managing Broker and Owner of my own real estate company. I have also instructed real estate courses to help sharpen real estate professionals knowledge and professionalism.
Starting in 1998, I have over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry working in both Colorado and New Mexico, I have extensive experience as a real estate consultant who ensures both buyers and sellers the highest level of expertise, knowledge, professionalism and service. As a second-generation Realtor®, I understands the importance of every customer and listening to their every concern before, during and after a real estate transaction. Therefore, most people that I work with start out as customers and ended up being longtime friends and acquaintances.
My true passion is serving buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis, and considers education for both clients and other real estate professionals an important part of my role as a REALTOR®. As a servant to others I strive to put others first including my fellow Realtors®. Therefore, I am an active real estate instructor on subjects such as real estate ethics, business planning, real estate professionalism, prospecting and most importantly, ATTITUDE. I have spoken for numerous organizations about real estate, happiness, positivity and attitude. I continue to speak when ever asked about POSITIVITY and its effect on life.
As an active Realtor® with the National Association of REALTORS®, an active voice for the real estate industry, I have served for many years and continue to serve for numerous real estate boards and commissions focusing on the betterment of the real estate industry and the protection of Private Property Rights. Humbly, I have been named by my fellow Realtors® on four separate occasions as Realtor® of the year.
