The POWER of staging: Did you know staging can change how your eyes perceive a space?

Sure, decluttering and professional photography makes a huge difference in these two images! But did you notice that the ceilings look taller and the room looks brighter?

Here are some tricks I used in my clients’ home to achieve this look:
- Raised the wall mirror around 6”
- Removed the window drapery
- Installed an updated light fixture
- Thoughtfully placed art on walls

Even if you can’t fully stage your (vacant) home when you sell it, it is worth the investment to do an “occupied stage” with your own belongings to transform your space with these strategic updates and skills. ✨It’s all about making your home’s best features shine. ✨
