For most people, choosing a feng shui consultant is a gamble. Without videos of how the consultant works, references to ensure competency and transparent consultation prices, finding a highly trained consultant can be stressful. Amanda has even had to correct a previous Classical Feng Shui consultants’ work from Northern Colorado who did not chart flying stars correctly resulting in an incorrect assessment of the entire home. To put clients at ease, Amanda provides videos to her methodology and wealth formulas that many Classical practitioners have not been trained in to show competency. Not shown for privacy purposes in the videos is the home walk trough which is an equally important part of the consultation. Amanda is trained in color, form, arrangement of furniture, lighting, elements of architecture and more that may be contributing to the quality of energy in the home as well as chi (qi) flow and current flying stars. Obtaining an accurate compass direction is also not as straight-forward as it may seem and the Classical Feng Shui consultation depends on an accurate compass reading within 2 degrees. Metal & glass doors, garages, hot tubs, internet, and plumbing can skew compass readings. Additionally GPS on phone compass apps will often generate varying readings of degrees. “One of my strongest points is that I take the time to get the perfect compass reading, and sometimes that means checking all four sides of a structure.” -Amanda Finch



Residential Consultation Requirements & Costs
A floorplan and a mobile video conferencing app such as zoom, Facebook Messenger or FaceTime is a requirement for remote readings. For local onsite readings, if a floorplan cannot be supplied, Amanda will do her best to implement feng shui with the customer fully aware that the feng shui may not be as accurate as it will be with a floorplan.
