This one doesn’t come without some hard work, constant communication, responsive buyers and some perseverance. That’s exactly what it took to secure this home. We competed against multiple offers in a very competitive environment, never knowing if we had put our best foot forward. It paid to present a strong front out of the gate. Kudos to Madelyn Backhaus with Windermere for doing such a great job for her sellers and the transaction. We are just rounding first base but we have more than happy buyers who are ready to settle down in Northern Colorado.

I am getting asked this question a lot in today's market. "Should I buy now or wait?" My answer is, if you are in the market to buy a home, then buy now. The only thing you should be waiting for is the right house. Look at our Northern Colorado market in the past 5-10 years and beyond. Huge amounts of appreciation we have all gained by owning a home in Northern Colorado. If you are in the market and ready to buy, then buy. Waiting on the sidelines could cost you. It's the long game but you won't regret it.

Should you buy a home now or should you wait? That’s a question a lot of people have these days.
