Some clients become so much more than clients ❤️

Over the last 10+ years, we’ve gotten to be a small part of so many chapters for this crew… 4 kids, 2 home purchases, 2 home sales, 1 Mexico trip, and somehow more matching outfits between Ash & Faith than we can count 😂

This closing feels a little bittersweet because it’s never just been about real estate with these guys. It’s been friendship, life updates, celebrations, chaos, growth, and the kind of relationship that reminds us why we love what we do in the first place.

We’re so grateful our paths crossed all those years ago and even more grateful they never uncrossed.

We’ll miss having you close by, but we have a feeling this is far from the end of the story. Cheers to the next chapter and 10+ more years of friendship 🥂

Help us congratulate my cousin Emmie and her fiancé, Alex, on buying their very first home right here in Fort Collins! We could not be more excited to welcome you both to Colorado. Now we just need to convince the rest of our family to move out here from Iowa. 😉

They landed the cutest new home too: fully remodeled, vaulted ceilings, and a big yard for the pups to play. The perfect spot!

So excited to have you here and even more grateful to have been part of this milestone with you both. Welcome home! 🤍
