My grandfather was a developer, my father was one of the early partners at the Group, Inc. Needless to say, real estate definitely runs in the family. I was born and raised in Fort Collins and have watched this city and the surrounding areas grow like wildfire. I graduated from Rocky Mountain High School in Fort Collins and continued my education at Northern Arizona University. After one year in Flagstaff, I came back to Fort Collins and completed my education at Colorado State University with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing (I love Northern Colorado). In 1996, I joined The Group, Inc. and mentored under my father, Harvey Nesbitt. My father helped me learn the basics as well as what it takes to be successful in this challenging business.
