Have you heard of the Great Wealth Transfer?

The Great Wealth Transfer refers to the massive shift of wealth from one generation to the next, which is estimated to be roughly 84 trillion dollars over the coming years. As the baby boomer generation ages and passes on their wealth to their heirs (mostly Gen X and Millennials), it presents a significant opportunity for younger generations to inherit and manage this wealth.

And as it’s passed down, it’ll impact the housing market because it should help younger generations be in a better position to afford homes.

NOCO DEVELOPMENT WATCH!

A new mega development is in the works in Loveland. Developer Martin Lind is leading the project, The Brands at The Ranch. Located on both sides of Interstate 25, is a major new mixed-use development that will include apartments, retail shopping, office space, an Olympic-sized swimming pool complex, ice rinks and hotels in addition to the Galaxy IMAX movie theatre. According to the Loveland Economic Development website, it will be a pedestrian-friendly, outdoor experience, fully integrated with multifamily, office, retail, hospitality and entertainment that incorporates sculptures and fountains into the overall experience.

I fluctuate sometimes because having grown up on the east coast, we had a lot of colonial homes and cape cod style home. I’m still pretty partial to those but I love a good craftsman home. How about you?
